They need to teach Rachel Nichols how to act. I'd call her a paper cutout but at least paper is flexible. So I'm going with cardboard. I can't believe "Criminal Minds" is stuck with her as the only female profiler. We need someone who is strong enough to hold her own with the guys and she ain't it.
