I'm really curious to see how they've managed to come up with a case that supposedly brought them all together when we know Rossi was retired when most of them joined the BAU.
I don't think it literally means brought them together as in this exact grouping of seven people. Since it's apparently the case that Hotch and Rossi met on, it can't be that. I think it's just probably the case that "brought" each of them to the BAU, rather than to this particular team. And, even then, in a figurative, not word for word sense. Like one of the first cases each team member worked on when joining the BAU.
Respectful opinions, and constructive disagreement is welcomed, but insulting/foul-mouthed, malicious, or just plain disrespectful comments towards anyone are not, and will be removed.
