Criminal Minds - Joe Mantegna will Bowl In His PJs for The Carol M. Baldwin Cancer Research Fund
Stars To Bowl In Their PJs for the The Carol M. Baldwin Cancer Research Fund
On Saturday, February 13, Joe will be bowling with celebrities such as Daniel and Stephen Baldwin, Gilles Marini and others who will converge on the Pinz Bowling Center on Ventura Blvd for a night of “Pajama bowling”.
Wearing nothing but their PJ’s and nighties, the guests will spend the night bowling after dark to benefit charity. The Carol M. Baldwin Cancer Research Fund was set up by the Baldwin brothers for their mother after she underwent a double mastectomy in 1996. The 70-year-old turned her tragedy into courage to assist other women who are affected by breast cancer, and the Fund, which has raised over $2.6 million since its inception, donates money to researchers investigating the causes, prevention, and treatment of the disease. Both William Baldwin and his brother, Alec Baldwin, sit on the board of the Fund.

USA Weekend - Matthew Gray Gubler Interview
The following is an interview by USA Weekend's Brian Truitt dated February 10, 2010.
Here Matthew discusses the very painful and extensive knee injury that had his character Dr. Spencer Reid on crutches and using a cane for the first half of Season 5.
Enjoy!
Criminal Minds fans may have noticed star Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays Dr. Spencer Reid, brandishing a cane for most of this season. That isn’t a plot point — Gubler messed up his knee pretty bad doing press for the movie (500) Days of Summer, and he’s been on the long road to recovery ever since. But these days his knee is all good when hunting bad guys on the CBS show, which airs Wednesdays. Criminal Minds is going on a break for a few weeks after tonight’s episode, and returns on March 3 with an episode Gubler himself directed. I talked with the Las Vegas native about his knee injury for this past weekend’s Who’s News page, and read below for more details about how his recovery went and the creative ways that helped him get through it.

Joe Mantegna wins Super Bowl celebrity poll
New Orleans Saints fans aren't the only ones reveling after their team's stunning victory over Indianapolis in the Super Bowl.
Die-hard Chicago Bears fan Joe Mantegna is celebrating, too.
Mantegna, a Tony Award-winning actor who currently stars on the CBS show "Criminal Minds," won Scripps Howard's Super Sage Award for predicting that the Saints would beat the Colts, 28-17 -- just three points off the actual final score of 31-17. Mantegna's guess was the closest out of the 103 celebrities who participated in Scripps Howard's 21st annual Celebrity Super Bowl Poll.
Mantegna said he picked the underdog Saints because he was angry that Indianapolis benched its starters during a regular-season game against the New York Jets, dooming the Colts' chances for a perfect season.
